Administrator - Remediation Support

Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy remediation team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills and experience in handling customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the shared inbox, including incoming and outgoing mail
* File and upload documents accurately to internal systems and spreadsheets
* Distribute queries, complaints, and application forms to the relevant team members
* Liaise with internal stakeholders in a professional manner
* Ensure all data is processed with accuracy and confidentiality
What we're looking for:
* Proven administration experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
* Previous experience in call handling or customer contact roles
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and databases
