NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern for this post are 37 hours per week.
Please be advised that, effective 1 April 2026, the full-time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.

This is an exciting opportunity for appropriately qualified and enthusiastic applicant to join Glasgow HSCP Business Support Team. The successful applicant will be responsible on a daily basis for the provision of a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team.
Applicants should have excellent organisational skills, strong Communication Skills, excellent IT Skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
Experience of administratively supporting multi-disciplinary meetings is advantageous as well as an understanding of NHS Clinical and administrative systems.
The successful candidate will work as part of a wider senior Business Support team.
