Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm and Friday 8:45am-4:00pm with regular early finish incentives

As a New Business Executive at Onecom, you\'ll play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the market
* Conduct telephone-based outreach, including cold calling, to predominantly small to medium-sized businesses to assess their mobile, fixed line, connectivity, and cloud service needs
* Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers
* Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends
* Analyse the customers\' needs and pre-sell the solution
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
