* Overseeing delivery of injection mould tools, ensuring they meet performance, cycle time, and quality targets for production readiness.
* Leading DFM reviews, resolve manufacturing issues, and liaising with customers on part design changes and technical specifications.
* Reviewing and approving tool designs to company standards, incorporating simulation findings like Moldflow to optimize tool performance.
* Managing tool timing plans, sampling coordination, and graining specification reviews, ensuring smooth tool development and issue resolution.
* Supporting internal and external teams during tooling development, inspection, and corrective actions to maintain high-quality output and compliance.
Tooling EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Proven experience in complex injection mould tool design, manufacture, development, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
* A working knowledge of commodity and engineering polymers
* Previous experience of working within a high-volume manufacturing environment
* Ability to read and interpret engineering component drawings including GD&T
