Position: Female Care Team Leader
Location: Larchwood House, Bedford
Hours: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm (14‑hour shifts); Monday to Sunday, working alternate weekends
Pay: £13.86 per hour

Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key part in shaping the quality of support delivered.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support a team of Support Workers
* Help people live fulfilling, independent lives
* Support recruitment, training and supervision
* Communicate confidently with families, colleagues and professionals
* Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
Qualifications
Eligible candidates may already be a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, or an experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant seeking further responsibility. Commitment to people, a willingness to learn and belief that everyone deserves a life filled with possibility are essential.
