Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
As aPlumberyou'll be part of ourCustomer Side Leakage and Bulk Metering Teamwho are responsibleforthe identification and repair of customer side leaks and also the surveying and installation of Bulk Meters.
We'll need you to identify and locate leaks on customer supplies. This is done using a variety of techniques and equipment such as Siphons and Drain Aways. You'll need to repair basic leaks within domestic properties such as ball valves and leaking taps.
This role will require you to work together with the customer and our call centre to book appointments and will need to complete all relevant health and safety documentation such as risk assessments and permits to work.

Have you got proven basic knowledge of Smart Meter Installation andinternal plumbing?
