Sales and Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves reviewing applications, screening candidates, making outbound calls, and hitting targets around interview bookings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or sales environment. They should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
* Screen multiple candidates daily through in-depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
* Make high-volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants
* Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services' growth
* Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top productivity
Requirements
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or sales environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to manage a high-volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities
