This is an excellent opportunity for an established adult social care lawyer to support the Council by providing high-quality legal advice across a broad range of adult care matters, including advocacy and court work. Role: Adult Social Care Solicitor – Local Authority Location: Lincolnshire - Remote with Minimal Office Attendance Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph PAYE Inc Rate: £44.10 - £48.44ph Contract Length: 3 months ongoing The Role: The successful locum will provide legal advice to the Council on all aspects of Adult Social Care law, including but not limited to: Court of Protection work. Mental Capacity Act matters. Mental Health law. General advisory work under the Care Act. Associated court work and proceedings.Key Requirements: 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Proven experience working as an Adult Social Care Solicitor within a local authority or similar public sector environment.
