FinOps Manager

The Opportunity: Our client is seeking an ambitious FinOps Manager to join their dynamic and entrepreneurial team at their Head Office. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative culture that is both challenging and highly rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing for all entities within the Group.
* Establish and uphold strong financial controls and procedures.
* Cultivate and enhance supplier relationships while managing the purchase ledger.
* Supervise and improve other transactional processes such as payroll and financial operations.
* Assist with bookkeeping and ensure precise financial documentation and reporting.
* Work closely with senior staff on budgeting, financial reporting, and the annual audit.
* Promote process improvements and boost operational efficiency within the finance department.
* Continuously review and develop new financial policies and procedures to meet evolving business needs.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 3+ years in a relevant role
* Strong academic background.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
* Proactive approach and a constant drive for improvement.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Energetic and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Ambitious and eager to continually develop their skillset.
