A growing construction business based in Mid-Kent is looking to hire a Management Accountant to join them in a brand new role for the business. This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office. Reporting to the Finance Director and working in a small yet supportive finance team, the Management Accountant will:
Duties of the Management Accountant:
Produce timely and accurate management accounts with any associated commentaries.
Prepare cash flow forecasts alongside supportingbudgeting and forecasting for various projects.
Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders to ensurefinancial information is correct at frequent stages in multiple projects
Engage with auditors for any ad-hocfinancial reporting matters.
Requirements of the Management Accountant:
ACA/CIMA/ACCA/AATPart-Qualified or fully Qualified Accountant
Experience working within a project-driven environment, preferably in construction.
Previous experience of producing full management accounts.
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication skills and able to engage with all levels of staff including Directors.
