Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate and adaptable Senior Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) to join our dedicated team within Ward 7, Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 2 or existing Band 3 looking to develop their clinical skills and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.
Ward 7 is a 25‑bed General Medical and Acute Care of the Elderly ward, providing care to patients with a range of complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Support registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team by delivering person‑centred care.
* Assist with clinical tasks and help ensure a safe, efficient and compassionate environment for patients.
* Attend a variety of 12‑hour day and night shifts, including weekends, as this is a 24/7 service.
Training and Support
Full training and support will be provided to enable you to develop the required skills and competencies for this role.
Location & Working Hours
Ward 7, Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin. 12‑hour day and night shifts, including weekends.
