The role involves maintaining high standards of food service within the dining room and associated areas, supporting both daily operations and special functions as directed by the mess manager or head steward. What You'll Do: Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure high levels of personal hygiene, appearance, and professional conduct in a front-of-house environment. Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow cleaning schedules and COSHH guidelines, maintain cleanliness in all areas, and use correct products and methods as trained.
