Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Industry: Location: Canary Wharf, London - Head Office
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 1-hour paid break)
Through artist development, IP operations, and cultural engagement, we have built an integrated value chain around collectible art toys. Our iconic characters include Molly, Hirono, Skullpanda, and LABUBU, and we also collaborate with renowned brands such as Disney, Universal Studios, and Sanrio.

In the UK, POP MART currently operates eight retail stores, including locations in London and the Midlands, along with more than six Robo Shops (vending machines for POP MART products).

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and enhance POP MART UK’s online platforms, contributing to brand growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role will report directly to the Head of Retail UK, and work closely with HQ in China for technical and brand support. The ideal candidate will be able to take full ownership of our e-commerce operations and contribute to the strategic evolution of our digital presence as our physical retail continues to expand.

Manage inventory across platforms and coordinate with warehousing to ensure availability
Maintain product listings and optimise content for conversion
Provide timely and effective customer service across digital channels
Monitor customer feedback and help implement service improvements
Analyse sales performance and platform data, identifying opportunities for growth
Execute digital promotions, ensuring accuracy and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online efforts with retail operations

2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within retail or consumer goods
~ Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing practices
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or related field
~ High proficiency in Excel/data analysis
~ Previous experience in collectible toys, pop culture, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with UK/European e-commerce ecosystems
Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
