We’re looking for a confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm under pressure.
What you’ll do:
1. Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles
2. Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery promptly
3. Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles
4. Schedule additional services as needed
5. Keep customers updated and escalate concerns when necessary
What we’re looking for:
6. Customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or service environment)
7. Strong admin skills and PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
8. Motor industry experience is a plus, but not essential
