The Role
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Revit MEP Technician to join our close-knit team. You will work alongside our engineers to bring designs to life, ensuring technical accuracy and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Setup: Assisting engineers with the initial setup of projects and documentation within Revit.
* Design Integration: Interpreting and transposing engineering sketches and data into high-quality Revit models.
* Technical Draughting: Preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit.
* Information Management: Issuing technical documents to project teams and managing project data using MS Office.
* BIM Standards: Maintaining and evolving company Revit standards to ensure consistency across all projects.
* Design Support: Assisting with basic M&E design principles, including lighting, HVAC, and piped services.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven experience using Revit (MEP-specific knowledge is highly desirable).
* Mindset: A proactive personality and the ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
* Communication: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage technical documentation accurately.
* Note: We are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong foundation in Revit.
