PRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a Commercial Environment located in Stratford. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this commercial office building environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position is suitable for a Lead Maintenance Engineer seeking progression. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, with potential for career advancement and management opportunities.
* Assist the Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the contract
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s alongside the Supervisor
* Arrange specialist sub-contractors
* Manage all reports and site log books (working with the Contract Manager & Supervisor)
* Ensure all paperwork is up to date for audits
* Attend client meetings as required
* Lighting: small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, etc.
* Air Conditioning: Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
* BMS System monitoring (e.g., hot & cold)
* Statutory Compliance
* Water Temperature monitoring
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
* 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
* 25 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Requirements
* Electrical Level 2/3 – NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent
* 17th / 18th Edition
* Client-facing and presentable
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
