Making a difference as a Senior Early Years Practitioner
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the implementation of St Helens to a Family Hub model.
Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of the Family Hub model.
* Deliver high‑quality interactions, thoughtful planning and a deep understanding of child development.
* Plan, observe and respond to each child's individual needs, supporting strong foundations in communication, physical development and personal, social and emotional growth.
* Work closely with families and model positive relationships, ensuring children experience consistent, nurturing support.
* Champion early identification of need, targeted interventions and inclusive strategies to close attainment gaps.
* Support the team in delivering evidence‑based practice, raising quality and ensuring every child is on a positive learning trajectory.
