They are seeking a Senior Specialist Support Worker to provide maternity cover for a 12-month period. This role will lead a specialist support service, working directly with beneficiaries while managing a small team and contributing to service development across London.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a specialist support service for individuals affected by domestic abuse
* Provide tailored, one-to-one support to beneficiaries with complex needs
* Supervise and support a small team of support staff
* Facilitate group sessions to reduce social isolation and build community
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a holistic, trauma-informed service
* Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and external stakeholders
* Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of services across London
* Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and best practice standards are upheld
Requirements
* Proven experience supporting vulnerable individuals with complex and diverse needs
* Strong understanding of the impact of domestic abuse, deprivation, and systemic inequality
* Experience managing or supervising staff or volunteers
* Ability to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience working with multi-agency partnerships or referral networks
