ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day and part-time basis across primary schools in and around the Aldridge area. The role This role will include the following: Supporting as classroom cover as well as covering teachers PPA time while in the school. Covering members of staff and year groups where needed. Great opportunity for ECTs to work on practice as well as build a good rapport with a school in their local area. This cover will commence from September 2025. Requirements To be considered for the Higher-Level Teaching Assistant position, you will: Have prior working in a primary school environment and be willing to work across all primary year groups. Have confidence in supporting and leading a classroom. Be able to work well alongside permanent staff members. Will need an NVQ Level 4 qualification, or an educational degree. Be able to gain references from most recent relevant role. Able to obtain a valid DBS registered to the update service.
