The Role
As an Optometrist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality eye care tailored to each patient's needs. Your responsibilities will go beyond sight tests, encompassing specialist services and supporting the practice's commitment to clinical excellence. You will be working with a passionate, close-knit team that shares the vision of delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with the highest clinical standards
* Provide specialised services, including emergency eye care, paediatric care, and myopia management
* Offer expert advice and tailored recommendations to improve patient vision and eye health
* Maintain compliance with professional standards and GOC regulations
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and enhance performance
* Ensure all clinical equipment is well-maintained and up to date
