This is a hybrid role, offering the chance to be part of a dynamic team while maintaining flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Core HCM. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the system. Provide subject matter expertise on Core HCM functionality and best practices. Support testing, data migration, and change management activities. Deliver knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams. Skills & Experience: Proven track record in Workday Core HCM implementation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Hands-on configuration expertise within Workday. Previous experience working on large-scale, complex programmes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
