We here at Siamo Recuritment are working with a leading marketing firm who are forward thinking and lead the way in their field. This is the opportunity to support this business from a receptionist and administrative aspect.
This role will be having you support and cover the office & facilities manager with front of house duties, dealing with inbound enquiries and being the face of the business for the employees.
This is initially a short term contract but with regular requirements so for the ideal talent this will be a regular contract.
This receptionist role will include:
Taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers
Providing front of house support and welcoming guests
Supporting office management with deliveries and staffing requests
Liaising with facilities to prepare for client and staffing meetings
Taking meetings notes
Liaising with all areas of the business
Working with contractors
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous receptionist and/or administration experience is essential
Naturally confident
Keen to learn
Wants to support a forward thinking employer
Previous experience working with all areas of a business
Facilities exposure would be advantageous
