Job Description
Our client, an established IT Managed Services Provider based near Marlow, is expanding and looking to recruit a proven 3rd Line Support Technician for their expanding team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handle and resolve IT issues for external customers across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, SharePoint, Teams & more
* Build and implement technical solutions for new and existing customers
* Be the escalation point when required
* Onboard new clients
* Work across cloud and on-site setups - from Azure Virtual Desktop to RDS
* Act as the link between the support desk and the customer
You’ll Need To Be Technically Proficient In:
* Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint)
* Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management
* Firewalls, networking, IP telephony (Gamma Horizon or similar would be advantageous)
* Basic PowerShell scripting (advantageous)
* Remote Desktop, RDS / Terminal Services
* Apple Mac OS (nice to have)
* Microsoft Azure (Preferred)
We’re Looking For Someone With:
* Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider)
* Confidence in supporting, configuring, and deploying Microsoft 365 services
* Familiarity with onboarding new customers, setting up Group Policies & Tenancies, etc
* Solid leadership instincts - or wants to grow into a management role
* Great customer service skills, engages well with clients, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys solving problems
* Hunger to keep learning and develop their skillset even further

This is a full time, office based position with scope to work from home occasionally. Candidates will need to be based within reasonable commuting distance to Marlow.
