Job Title: IQA Technician/Engineer
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £19 - £20 per hour

Responsibilities
* Conduct inspections of incoming goods utilising measurement equipment and quality control plans (QCPs).
* Ensure compliance of materials with specifications and maintain thorough documentation following Good Documentation practises (GDP).
* Manage non-conforming materials and communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders regarding quality issues.
* Support in-process testing, inspections, and final product release processes.
* Engage in Internal and 3rd party site audits and participate in SQDIP meetings.
* Maintain supplier 'Quality Approved' samples and use business systems such as CATSWEB, SAP, Documentum, and Learn4U.
Qualifications (Essential)
* Previous experience in a medical manufacturing truth environment
* biro knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
* Strong understanding of Good Documentation practises (GDP) and Good Manufacturing practises (GMP)
Desirable
* Kamu experience with process improvement initiatives
* Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
