A fantastic private practice based here in Sussex is currently looking to invest and hire additional talent for their Building Surveying team.
We are keen to chat to those in the area who are considering a move and may want to speak with the firm about their offering and scope of work in more detail. Primarily you would be responsible for the delivery of various projects across the region as well as providing Professional Services to new and existing clients. There is considerable scope for progression within the practice, with the necessary support and guidance to develop skillsets and broadness of services delivery.
The firm is looking for a forward thinking and adaptable Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management (ideally both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent) and a track record of delivering a range of Professional Services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
Working with clients on both the Private and Public Sector side, providing a full range of construction services on contracts of varying value up to £200million, as well as providing Professional Services to domestic and commercial stakeholders.
