Teamforce Labour is currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor for a long‑term project based in Fleetwood. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable individual to join a well‑established contractor and oversee day‑to‑day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising and coordinating all on‑site civil engineering activities
* Managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and deadlines
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and ensuring compliance at all times
* Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions
* Monitoring progress and reporting to project management
* Managing materials, plant, and labour resources effectively
* Identifying and resolving any issues or delays on site
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor on similar projects
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Full PPE
* First Aid (preferred)
