About the role
Our Service Advisors will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking aftersales services. We are looking for a someone who is a natural communicator.
This customer-facing role will be a great fit for someone who's already worked in a customer service position. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about service and repairs in a efficient and professional manner.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Manage service bookings digitally and ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
* Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
* Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and address any concerns.
Skill Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
* Demonstrate computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems
* Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Strong organisational skills to schedule incoming work effectively, helping maintain the requirements of our customers and the capacity of our workshop.
* Excellent phone and digital etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions.
* Good basic data entry and core administration skills with attention to detail.
