Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting for an experienced Coffee Machine Service Engineer to join our well established client's service and repair team, who install, maintain, and repair customers equipment. This may need to be done on site in the customers premises as well as carrying out repairs in a fully equipped workshop.
Job Duties:
Troubleshooting and fault-finding on coffee machine equipment on the phone before attending the site, and also while onsite.
Repairing broken equipment, replacing faulty components within a machine.
Carrying out a basic service routine.
Installing a machine and basic training for the customer.
Basic note taking & administration skills to keep track of stock levels of parts used when on a repair job.
Requirements:
Preventive maintenance skills to minimize potential future faults.
Driving licence is required.
Previous experience in the field.
Experience working with coffee machine equipment including espresso machines, bean to cup machines and coffee grinders, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens and other catering equipment.
Salary: £25,000 to £37,000 Per Annum.
