An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Children’s Residential Deputy Manager to join a well-established children’s residential service in Haslingden. The home supports children and young people with EBD, SEMH, and challenging behaviours, many of whom have experienced trauma. This role is ideal for a confident Deputy Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care and supporting staff teams to achieve positive outcomes. The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring care is delivered in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
