Sales Team Manager
Manchester City Centre - close to Victoria Station
Up to £36,000 Basic + Average OTE £56,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're at a very exciting point in our business development where we're looking for an additional Sales Manager to join our already well established high-performing B2B sales team.
This role will be to take responsibility of the development of a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives, managing their day to day sales targets around number of calls and appointments booked. There will be a fantastic mix of tenured and trainee level staff on the team for you to develop and support.
You will be working in a KPI driven environment which is fast-paced, professional but fun! Reporting directly into theDirector for Inside Sales, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the department by ensuring your team are contributing to the overall success of the sales floor.
Salary And Benefits
* Upto £36,000 Basic
* Annual profit share payment, which is a % of your salary paid as an additional bonus

Day-to-Day Sales Manager Responsibilities
* Supporting the team ensuring individual and team targets are met on a daily basis.
* Handling any escalated issues or queries and delivering feedback and learning where needed.
* Conduct regular one to one performance reviews.
* Celebrating success, identifying individual top performers as well as team performances.
* Provide ongoing coaching and development for all team members.
* Ensure you are there to support your sales team members either in person or over MS Teams.
* Supporting new team members through their trailblazer 6 month training programme.
* Liaising with Field sales teams to drive co-ordination of business objectives.
* Attend departmental meetings and conferences.
Your Skills
* Experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager / Telesales Manager within an outsource / call centre sales environment.
* A confident personality with natural leadership qualities.
* A professional approach to sales, ability to pick up on trends and analyse data.
* Motivational approach to leading and supporting a team of sales team.
