The Role
We are looking to further strengthen our current team with the appointment of an experienced candidate.
What makes this role special is a hands-on experience from day one You will be:
Communicating with clients on a daily basis, dealing with matters over the phone, email or in person
Updating branches and building relationships with our referrers
Updating and maintaining a case management system
All aspects of residential conveyancing including leasehold and freehold
Liaising with other parties' solicitors, brokers and estate agents
Managing property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build and Shared ownership transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity from inception until post completion
Updating clients on progress of matter
Chasing outstanding enquiries
Checking mortgage offers and searches
Title checking and reporting to clients
Raising and signing off the enquiries
Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments in line with the firms' policies
Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations
Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction
Dealing with requisitions
Mentoring and training colleagues
Leadership/management tasks
