DEKRA Automotive, part of a global organisation, is recruiting a Marketing Manager to lead lead‑generation campaigns and manage the marketing calendar. The role is digital‑first and focuses on demand generation across all relevant channels.
Location
Homebased with occasional travel to DEKRA offices.
Salary
£40,000 – £45,000 DOE + Bonus

Responsibilities
* Develop lead‑generation campaigns and serve as operational lead for the company's marketing calendar.
* Support the Marketing Director in delivering go‑to‑market plans, lead generation strategies and the marketing calendar.
* Manage and execute the marketing calendar across multiple channels.
* Drive awareness, engagement and qualified leads through top and mid‑funnel campaigns.
* Develop and implement content strategies aligned to key stages of the buyer journey.
* Manage marketing automation, email workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
* Stay informed on global social media trends and recommend local campaign strategies.
* Track, measure and report on campaign performance to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align activity and optimise results.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or communications.
* 5‑7 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, execution and performance management in the Consulting, Management or Professional Services industry.
* Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred.
* Firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies; ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution.
* Strong understanding of social channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Analytics and digital tools.
* Ability to think strategically while executing tactical campaign elements.
* High degree of professionalism in verbal and written communication.
* Experience delivering a high level of customer service.
* Experience in the GCC region would be a plus.
