* Actively look for and get in touch with new clients, and build and keep connections with them.
* Talk to clients, find out what their educational needs and goals are, and offer them the best solutions depending on what they need.
* Meet individual and team sales goals and reach sales targets.
* Follow up on sales leads, negotiate sales deals well, and close sales deals.
* Go to trade shows, sales events, and other promotional events to help spread the word about our brand and education offerings.
* Plan and manage sales schedules well so that time is used wisely.
What You Need to Do Your Job
* Knowledge of Chinese.
* Previous experience in sales is preferable, especially if it was in the education field.
* Great at talking and negotiating, able to talk to clients from different backgrounds in a way that works.
* Able to learn rapidly and adapt, picking up product knowledge and sales skills quickly.
* Be proactive, confident, positive, and have a team spirit.
