Overview
One of Loriens leading Public Sector clients is looking to take on 8 Project Support officers on a short term 8 week contract, this will be hybrid working in either Glasgow of Edinburgh offices.
Experience
* Project management background and/or experience working in a project office environment
* Experience of co-ordinating all Project Phases including Proposal, Initiation, Design, Implementation, Closure and Review
* Experience of diary co-ordination and arranging meetings together with all related duties.
* Minute taking skills.
Skill sets
* Evidence of excellent written and oral communication.
* Ability to manage a diverse workload while ensuring the provision of a high quality service
* Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a changing environment without the requirement for direct supervision.
* Team working experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a well-developed organisational ability.
