The role
As a casual member of staff for our Lewes Residential office, you will play an integral part in representing the firm’s brand and act as a first point of contact for our clients. There will also be some administrative duties to support our team. Please note this is a zero-hour contract.
Responsibilities
* Answering the phone and speaking with clients
* Registering applicants
* Booking viewings and market appraisals
* Providing viewing feedback to vendors
* Performing ad hoc duties as required
* Accompanying viewings as needed
Person specification
* Qualifications/Key Skills
* GCSE level education (or equivalent)
* Full, valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
Experience
* Experience is not essential but preferred
* Professional, trustworthy approach
* Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients
* Good organisational and coordination skills
