We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed call handler to join our friendly team. We have three part time 30-hour posts Monday-Friday. We are ideally looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver high quality services to our patients.
Main duties of the job
* Answeringincoming calls, transferring calls or dealing with callers requestsappropriately.
* Signpostingpatients to the appropriate service or health care professional in a courteous,efficient and effective way.
* Offergeneral assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendlyimage to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
* You will beworking between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm there may be a need to work at ourbranch sites.

We are one of the largest GP practices in Wales serving over 25,500 patients across three sites. We have a great team of 7 partners, 10 salaried GPs, 6 nurses, 4 HCAs and a clinical pharmacist. We have first contact physio every day.
