Intermediate Electrical Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year

We are looking for an ambitious Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic and growing building services consultancy. About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in electrical engineering within a consultancy or contractor environment. You should have a good understanding of other building services disciplines, strong technical capability, and a willingness to take on client-facing responsibilities as you grow within the team.
Responsibilities
* Assist in designing electrical building services systems from concept to detailed coordination.
* Apply sustainable design principles and technologies under guidance.
* Support commissioning processes and implementation of best practices.
* Contribute to on-site technical services, including contractor monitoring and quality assurance.
* Conduct site surveys and validation exercises.
* Work across a variety of sectors including commercial, fit-out, education, data centres, and residential projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a consultancy or contracting environment.
* Familiarity with commercial and/or data centre projects is preferred.
* Competence in AutoCAD and exposure to 3D BIM modelling tools.
* Ability to produce technical reports, specifications, and electrical calculations.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
