Accounts Assistant
The Role
You will support the Transaction Team Lead to process Sales, Rental and Purchases Invoices and assist with Supplier Payments.
Key Responsibilities
* Matching, checking, coding and processing purchase invoices, ensuring correct VAT is applied;
* Preparation of weekly payment runs;
* Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details;
* Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of discrepancies;
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries promptly and professionally;
* Reconciliation of bank statements;
* Supporting the preparation and issuing of sales and rental invoices and maintenance of rental ledger;
* Other ad-hoc items as requested.
