Overview
A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Brighton are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to cover maternity leave from September for 12 months. This is a part-time role working 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday).
The class is a well-settled group of pupils with a strong routine in place. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, supporting pupils' academic progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

* Delivering high-quality teaching across all core subjects
* Planning and assessing in line with Year 3 curriculum expectations
* Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
* Supporting the progress of all pupils, including those with additional needs
* Communicating with parents and staff as part of a collaborative team

Requirements
* QTS and experience teaching in KS2 (ideally Year 3)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
* A nurturing, proactive, and organised approach
