Cocktail Bartender – The Last Bookstore
The Last Bookstore is a buzzing late-night bar with a passion for cocktails, great service, and unforgettable nights. We're looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our team and help deliver exceptional drinks in a lively, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Shaking, stirring, and serving high-quality cocktails with consistency
* Delivering friendly, professional service to every guest
* Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and well-presented
* Handling cash and card transactions accurately
* Supporting the team to keep service smooth during busy shifts
What we're looking for:
* Previous cocktail bar experience (essential)
* Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
* Passion for hospitality and a love for great drinks
* Availability for late nights and weekends
