The Role - Complex Needs Learning Partner
As a Complex Needs Learning Partner in Gloucester, you will:
* Support students with ASC, PMLD, SLD, and complex learning difficulties
* Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual needs and EHCP targets
* Assist with personal care and daily routines where required
* Support communication using Makaton, PECS, and visual aids
* Deliver sensory-based learning activities and structured interventions
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to provide a holistic approach to learning and care
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Complex Needs Learning Partner in Gloucester, you will have:

* Confidence or willingness to support personal care
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Experience in SEN, care, or support work (desirable but not essential)
