About the role:
As an Administrative Associate in our Enterprise Solutions team at Hays, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients. You will support various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, maintain accurate systems and reporting, and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Maintain and update internal monitoring and reporting systems.
* Investigate, resolve, or escalate queries efficiently.
* Manage sensitive information and data with care and confidentiality.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across all system updates.
* Maintain effective communication with a range of stakeholders to enable smooth delivery of activities.
* Assist with general office administration, including meeting room coordination and occasional manual handling tasks.
* Working in Collaboration with India teams.
Additional responsibilities:
* Produce reports for senior leaders and directors.
* Supporting invoicing for clients and internal teams.
* Support and occasionally lead on ad‑hoc project work.
* Administer LinkedIn Recruiter licences, dashboards, and usage reporting.
* Assist with client visits, acting as a welcoming and professional representative of Hays.
* Contribute to organising conferences, events, and onsite meetings.

* Experience in office Administration (Not essential as training will be provided)
* Familiarity with data management
