Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
You will work to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships with a key focus on delivering high standards of customer service and upselling.
Responsibilities:
1. Completion of RFQ's from customers
2. Negotiating with customers regarding pricing/leadtime for orders
3. Processing customer orders
4. Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
5. Facilitating business reviews with customers
6. Maintain regular customer engagement
7. Ensuring the system is updated using active price management including margins
8. Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability
9. Obtaining up to date forecast information for key customers
10. Monthly sales forecasting analysis on key accounts
11. Creation of commercial invoices and supporting of customer declarations
12. Resolving empty bin queries by liaising with customer & purchasing department
