Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day supervision, leadership, support and training to team members (Recruitment Services Advisors, Resource Coordinators and Administrative Assistants) to deliver a comprehensive Pan Lothian service.
* Act as first point of contact to internal and external users of the Generic Recruitment service and advise on best practice in line with NHS Lothian Recruitment Policies and employment legislation.
* Develop protocols and oversee administration processes; help ensure delivery on key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Travel to recruitment events and work across multiple NHS Lothian sites. The role is office-based with the base at Comely Bank Centre, Edinburgh.
Qualifications

* Experience in leadership or supervision and the ability to develop and implement recruitment processes.
* Ability to align with the values and ambitions set out in NHS Lothian’s Strategic Plan and to work within recruitment policies and employment legislation.
