Overview
We are seeking skilled Scaffolders to join our team long term. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance activities. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, as well as the ability to work effectively & efficiently in various environments. A HGV class 2 License/ SSSTS is advantageous to this role. Or standard UK drivers license. Part 1 Scaffolders or persons currently under Scaffolding Apprenticeship training can apply. (We can help with the transition in regards to your course progress)

Duties
* Construct and assemble scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety regulations.
* Ensure all scaffolding is built in accordance to TG20.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to facilitate efficient workflow.
* Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during scaffold assembly and disassembly.
* Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures, fill out Handover certificates to ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to scaffolding and current safety practices.
* Adhere to PPE on site regulations and work in a safe manner at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience in scaffolding. 2 years minimum part two after achieving CSCS Card.
* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.
* Ability to read and work too design drawings.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations pertaining to scaffold construction.
* Physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* A valid scaffold-related certification is mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
* Can work effectively in a team.
