Role Overview:
We're looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to be the frontline support for our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming queries, ensuring customers feel supported and valued while helping resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent service and supporting the smooth running of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful.
* Handle billing queries and discrepancies efficiently, providing clear resolutions and reassurance.
* Transfer calls to the right team members to maintain smooth communication across the business.
* Take ownership of customer complaints, resolving them promptly and fairly.
* Respond to a wide variety of inbound enquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information.
* Process orders for additional telecoms equipment and services with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Raise and manage support tickets for other departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in a customer support or service role (telecoms background is a bonus, not essential).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A natural problem-solver who puts customers first.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organised.
* A team player with a positive, can-do approach.
