MBChB Academic and Deputy Assessment Lead - Cell Tissue and Biomedicine (CTB)
The University of Chester is delighted to share an exciting opportunity within the Chester Medical School (CMS), which delivers a range of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Clinical and Biomedical Sciences.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Biomedical Scientist with assessment experience to join our growing team at Chester Medical School. Our four-year MBChB Graduate Entry Medicine programme started in September 2024, with our curriculum based on the highly successful case-based learning model at Warwick Medical School, our contingency partner school.
Campus-based facilities include a purpose-built integrated clinical skills, simulation and anatomy centre with state-of-the-art facilities with clinical placements taking place throughout the region.
You will be expected to undertake research/scholarly activities and represent the CMS externally as required. You will contribute to the school's teaching and administration and actively promote medical education, having experience of teaching biomedical sciences and assessing clinical students and possess relevant previous leadership experience.
