Spike Financial is seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients based in Kingweston, near Yeovil. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organisational skills, and is confident liaising with clients and suppliers.
The position requires working one/two mornings per week on-site at the clients home office in Kingweston, with the option to complete additional tasks remotely from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
* Communicating with suppliers and clients in a professional and timely manner.
* Managing general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
* Assisting with business development, including following up on leads and supporting project coordination.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to Kingweston.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
* Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential.
Details:
* Subcontracted role through Spike Financial.
* £15 per hour, invoiced monthly.
* Part-time, approximately 1/2 mornings per week (with some flexibility for remote work).
