Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Event Coordinator to support our events team in planning, organising, and executing marketing events. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and event management, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events from concept to execution.
* Support logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
* Help create promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
* Communicate with clients, attendees, and team members to ensure smooth event delivery.
* Collect feedback and assist with post-event reporting and analysis.
* Provide administrative support to the events team as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Interest in marketing, events, and brand promotion.
* Previous experience in events or marketing is a plus but not essential.
