Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? Join our staff bank after a paid two-week induction to access shifts at Brighton & Hove Clinic in Hove, with potential future options regionally within Elysium services.
There is no minimum number of hours, though regular shifts help retain induction knowledge. Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available and bookable via an app.
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will have an hourly rate including a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, plus access to benefits such as free meals on duty and free parking.
What you will be doing
You will join a team providing care for people with Eating Disorders, supporting people to lead a valued life. Your nursing experience from NHS or private sector can be applied.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a Bank HC Assistant you’ll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you flexibility to choose shifts each week.

Brighton & Hove Clinic provides a CYPMHS Tier 4 Eating Disorder service for young people aged 12 up to 18 years with a primary diagnosis of eating disorder; or an eating difficulty with a co-morbid presentation such as mental health or psychological issues, such as depression, OCD or anxiety or self-harm.
